Shipping Policy

Our UK Standard Delivery time is 3-5 working days. We will email you as soon as your order has been dispatched. If we anticipate any issues, we will contact you as soon as possible.

While our delivery service is very reliable at getting your order to you, there can be the occasional delay in the postal system. For this reason, please allow up to 10 working days before a parcel can be deemed lost or delayed.

Please make sure that the delivery address & postcode are correct as we cannot be responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect address. Likewise, we cannot be responsible for any extended delivery delays in events that are out of our control (e.g. delivery vehicle breakdown, extreme weather, civil actions, etc.)

Free Delivery available on orders over £25.

International Delivery is not yet available, though we’re working on it.
