Refund Policy
Returns
You can return a product for a full refund for up to 14 days after purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Also, it must be in it's original packaging.
To request a refund, please use the contact email address below and we will confirm the return address.
When returning an item please include the original packing slip where possible. If you don’t have this, please include a note with your order number - otherwise we will not be able to refund you!
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned product to reach us, may vary.
If you are sending items over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order you need to contact us as soon as possible. You may cancel an order without penalty as long as we receive the notification before it has been processed for delivery. Please use the contact email address below if you wish to cancel you order.
Damaged products
Products which are damaged or defective upon arrival, we will reimburse you for postage. If this is the case please get in touch using the email below and we will help you from there.
